Yoga for the Desk JockeyTM is a unique process specifically designed for desk workers working in front of computers. All of our trainings, products and services are designed to help you reduce pain, ease strain and find a level of focus that enables you to have clarity amidst chaos.

Yoga for the Desk JockeyTM: Streaming Video Subscriptions

At your fingertips through your computer each video shows you how you can reduce pain, strain, and tension directly associated with being in front of a computer. 

Why Yoga for the Desk Jockey™ Videos?
I filmed the videos so that you could easily do Yoga for the Desk Jockey™ yoga asanas.

It is for those times when:
 - you are feeling distracted and instead of checking email one more time, you can take an easy yoga break;
 - you can feel the pain and tension slowly finding a home between your shoulder blades or in your back 
- you can follow a couple of 1-2 minute yoga moves to help stretch it out.

Your subscription includes unlimited access to the Yoga for the Desk Jockey Online Streaming videos for as long as you subscribe. There are 15 videos so you have lots of variety to choose from day to day, and each video is only 1-2 minutes long, making it manageable to get moving and breathing at work. Subscriptions are just $2.49 per week and are billed on a monthly basis.

Lunch and Learn Sessions

Each of these sessions can be booked as a one-hour session, or as a 5-8 week program. The more regularly a person practices, the more benefit he or she will see.

Yoga for the Desk Jockey™ relieves the aches, pains and strains that occur from working in front of the computer so that you can feel settled, focused and less stressed. It is based on easy, yet powerful yoga poses, breathing and meditation techniques that can be done at your desk and you don't have to change out of your business wear. As a bonus, ergonomic concepts will also be refreshed to ensure your workstation provides the best physical support.

Yoga for the Desk Jockey  Using Your Breath to Reduce Stress.

Corporate Life by its very nature induces stress at every stage which builds up to several complications. Beginning from basic reasons such as sedentary lifestyle to advanced reasons such as professional excellence and ambition, the factors form a dangerous concoction for personal health reasons. Using Your Breath to Reduce Stress is a 5 week series that will train you be proficient at engaging your relaxation response and release the harmful physical and mental impact of stress. Reduce your blood pressure, increase your energy levels, reduce nervousness, improve focus, balance, clarity and creativity.

Meditation is your ticket to developing a quiet mind, and cultivating an inner place of stillness. It is also an avenue to toward better concentration, memory and attention. With a meditation practice, you will be less distracted, more in your zone, and you’ll feel more grounded. You’ll have reduced muscle pain, more mental clarity, and experience more restorative sleep.

Are you ready to step it up and commit to a new way of approaching your day-to-day? The Yoga for the Desk Jockey™ Challenge is month long program which challenges you to 15 minutes of yoga, meditation or breathing techniques each working day, while you are at work. Develop your sense of ease, your relaxed resilience, and your ablity to step away from the mental circus.  You will be supported all the way – each day, Susi will send you simple yoga exercises, breathing and meditation techniques. You will have access to the  Yoga for the Desk Jockey™ streaming video, and if you have questions, we’re here to provide some guidance. It takes 21 days to change a habit. Step it up – Yoga Style!

Customized Yoga Classes

Designed with the business person in mind, Customized Yoga is a personalized approach to relieving your pain, improving your flexibility, enhancing your strength and developing the ability of becoming relaxed and connected to what is important to you. This is ideal if you feel your level of stress or busy schedule is contributing to your health situation and you are looking for a way to transition yourself into a more balanced lifestyle.

How it works: Based on your current state of wellness, we design a program of yoga postures, meditation and breathing techniques that is specific to your needs and goals. During each session, your instructor will guide you through your program, helping you progress at the pace that suits you best.
